Cakes, Tarts and Pies
1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 large egg, beaten
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons canola (vegetable) oil
Small splash of vanilla
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
Add the egg, sour cream, oil and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes.
The cake may rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow mug cake to cool a little and tip out onto a plate. EAT!
Like nuts? Mix 3 tablespoons pecans, almonds or hazelnuts with the dry ingredients
