1 head cauliflower, trimmed and divided into florets
2 – 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, olive oil, salt and pepper until well coated.
Place on a large baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until browned and softened, stirring twice during the cooking time.
