Pizza Rolls


1 package refrigerated pizza crust (classic)
¾ cup prepared pizza sauce
½ pound (8 ounces) Italian Sausage, browned and crumbled
1 cup shredded Italian Blend Cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Unroll pizza crust and press to a 16” x 12” rectangle (approx.).  

Spread crust evenly with pizza sauce.  Sprinkle cooked Italian Sausage and cheese evenly over crust.

From the long side, roll up into a “cylinder”.  Cut into 12 even pieces, place on baking sheet.

Bake for 20 – 22 minutes until golden brown.  Serve with remaining pizza sauce that has been warmed.
