Eggs on the Grill

 12 large eggs


Spray a disposable foil muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.  Crack one egg into each opening.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper, if desired.

Place pan over medium coals, close lid and cook for 3 – 4 minutes or until done.

You can leave these with the yolk intact or stir in cheese, scallions, chives, ham cubes, etc.

Serve with grilled bread.
