Roasted Balsamic Asparagus
8 ounces Asparagus Spears
1 ½ tablespoons The Olive Oil Experience Traditional Balsamic
1 teaspoon The Olive Oil Experience Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Snap woody bottoms from asparagus.
Place asparagus in heavy oven proof pan. Sprinkle evenly with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss asparagus with your hands until evenly coated.
Roast asparagus on the lowest rack for 7 – 9 minutes, or until crisp tender, shaking the pan twice during the cooking process.
Serve asparagus drizzled with pan drippings.
