This is a great sauce for the Microwave Flourless Torte!!
1 jar Raspberry Preserves
1 – 2 tablespoons water
In a small saucepan, heat preserves until melted, thin with a tablespoon or two of water.
Set a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and pour heated preserves into strainer. Run a spoon around the strainer, allowing all the liquid to drain into bowl, leaving the seeds in the strainer.
Reheat the preserves to a simmer and reduce slightly to thicken, if necessary.
