Pound Cake Peanutty S'Mores

 1 frozen pound cake, thawed

1 jar marshmallow cream

Creamy peanut butter


Chocolate sauce (for ice cream)


Slice pound cake into ½” slices.


Spread half of slices with marshmallow cream.  Spread other half of slices with peanut butter.  Put slices together to make a “sandwich”.


Butter the outside of each “sandwich” and grill over medium heat until lightly browned, flip and grill the other side.


Remove from grill, cut each “sandwich” into 3 or 4 pieces.  Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
