Seedless Watermelon, cut into 1 inch “half moon” slices
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey
¼ cup packed brown sugar
Mix together vinegar, honey and brown sugar.
Brush one side of watermelon slices, place this side down on grill over medium heat. Brush open side with vinegar mixture.
Grill for 1 – 2 minutes to caramelize sugar, flip and grill other side for 1 – 2 minutes more.
Serve, at room temperature or chilled, cut into cubes or as whole slices.
