1 cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons red chili paste
¼ - ½ cup hot water
¼ cup chopped peanuts to garnish
In microwave safe bowl, heat peanut butter for 30 – 40 seconds or until easily stirred.
Add soy sauce, lime juice, honey, red chili paste and ¼ cup hot water. Mix well. Add more water, if necessary, to thin sauce.
Pour into bowl and top with chopped peanuts.
