Crepes, Pancakes and Waffles


Nutella Banana Quesadilla

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (substitute orange juice, if desired)
1 large flour tortilla
2 tablespoons Nutella Spread
In a small saute pan over medium heat, melt butter and add pecans and bananas. Saute for 3 minutes. 
Add brown sugar and orange liqueur and saute for 2 minutes or until brown sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
Spread tortilla evenly with Nutella Spread, place banana/pecan mixture on one half of tortilla, fold other half over mixture.
Place in clean saute pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (or melt 1 teaspoon butter in pan), cook over medium heat until lightly browned on bottom. Flip over to brown other side.
Remove from pan, cut in half. Top with whipped cream or ice cream and serve.
