1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or 1 pre-baked 12” pizza crust)
2/3 cup Thousand Island Dressing
1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and patted dry
8 ounces thinly sliced corned beef (leftover or deli), chopped
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss Cheese
1 – 2 teaspoons caraway seed (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet according to package directions. Bake crust for 7 minutes and remove.
Spread crust with Thousand Island Dressing. Evenly distribute sauerkraut and corned beef over dressing. Sprinkle evenly with Swiss cheese and caraway seeds (if desired).
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp and brown.
Cut into slices and serve.
