Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

12 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
Pretzel Rods
1 cup white chocolate chips
Candy Sprinkles
Chopped peanuts
Chocolate Sprinkles
Place milk chocolate chips and butter in medium microwave safe bowl. Heat for 60 seconds on high, remove and stir. Microwave bowl on high again for 30 seconds, remove and stir. If necessary, return to microwave and heat again for 30 seconds and stir until chips are melted.
Use one of these two methods to coat pretzel rods. If you have a tall narrow container, pour chocolate into container and dip pretzel into the chocolate, OR use a spoon and spoon chocolate over the pretzel rod, turning the pretzel to coat all sides. Remember to only coat the pretzel halfway.
Place coated pretzels on wax paper to cool.
Sprinkle with candy or nuts before chocolate sets.
If desired, melt white chocolate using the same method as milk chocolate. Place melted white chocolate in a freezer strength resealable bag. Snip a very small portion of the corner and drizzle white chocolate over the cooled milk chocolate.
