16 medium (or large) raw shrimp
½ cup fat free Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
1/3 cup Light Sour Cream
1/3 cup Light Miracle Whip
½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray two oven safe individual baking dishes (or a quart size oven safe baking dish) with non stick cooking spray.
Peel and devein shrimp and set aside.
In medium size bowl, mix together salad dressing, sour cream, Miracle Whip and cheeses until well blended.
Divide cheese mixture evenly between dishes, place the shrimp on top of the cheese mixture and press down slightly. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese mixture is bubbly and light golden brown.
Serve with rice if desired.
