3 packages instant fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding (3.5 ounce size)
2 cups cold skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin (puree not pie mix)
1 – 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, to taste
3 cups frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed and divided
Caramel Corn flavored Rice Snacks
In a large bowl, mix pudding, milk, pumpkin, and pie spice for 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator for one hour to chill.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping until just blended.
In sundae or parfait glasses, place a layer of pumpkin mix, a layer of whipped topping, a layer of pumpkin mix, a layer of whipped topping, sprinkle with crushed rice snacks.
