1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
¾ cup beef broth or stock
2 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
In a sauté (or frying pan), cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent, breaking up the beef as it cooks. The beef should be very finely crumbled.
Add remaining ingredients and bring the liquid to a simmer.
Simmer until liquid has reduced to a tablespoon or two of liquid left in the pan with the beef.
To serve the proper “Made Right”, the hamburger bun should be dressed with yellow mustard and dill pickle slices.
