Watermelon & Black Bean Salad


 ½ seedless watermelon, cut into small cubes

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed well

1 medium red onion, diced

2 jalapeños, seeded and ribs removed, minced

¼ cup chopped cilantro

3 – 4 tablespoons lime juice

pinch of salt, to taste

 

Toss all ingredients together in large bowl, chill until serving time.
