1 ½ cups chunky peanut butter
1 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 ½ tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce (or hot sauce)
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 ½ teaspoons garlic, minced
In microwave safe bowl, heat peanut butter for 15 to 20 seconds in microwave. Mix in all other ingredients.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to meld.
