Meet Sylvia




Hot Spinach Dip

1 package (8 ounces) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, at room temperature

½ cup mayonnaise

1 package (12 ounce) frozen cut spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

½ cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

¼ cup minced onion

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a shallow oven proof baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.


In large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together until well blended.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.


Pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheeses (if desired).  Bake for 30 minutes or until warmed.
