1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, at room temperature
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1 pound white button mushrooms, stems removed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor, combine cream cheese, bacon, pecans, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pulse several times until mixture is combined but still chunky.
Place mushrooms in an oven proof baking dish stem side facing up. Fill each mushroom with stuffing mixture.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until mixture is hot and mushrooms have softened slightly.
