5-6 cups of chopped cooked turkey
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and dried
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup white wine (or milk)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9”x 13” baking dish.
Evenly place broccoli on bottom of dish, spread the turkey evenly over the broccoli.
In bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, wine, lemon juice, curry, salt and pepper until well combined. Pour evenly over chicken.
In small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and butter, sprinkle over soup mixture.
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
