Creamy Peanutty Chocolatey Krispy Bars

8 tablespoons butter
24 ounces miniature marshmallows (1 ½ packages)
7 cups crispy rice cereal
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup creamy peanut butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
¼ cup half and half

In large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows on high in microwave for 2 ½ minutes.  Stir until melted.  Add cereal and stir until well coated.

Using buttered hands, press mixture evenly into buttered 13” x 9” baking pan.  Cool.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.  Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mix thoroughly.  Beat in peanut butter.

Spread evenly over cereal layer.  Cool.

Microwave chips and half and half for 2 minutes, stirring until melted.  If necessary, return to microwave in 15 second intervals, until fully melted.

Spread over peanut butter layer, refrigerate until set.
