Pineapple Mango Salsa

1 cup pineapple (fresh or canned), finely chopped
1 mango, finely chopped
1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ red bell pepper cut in small dice
½ green bell pepper, cut in small dice
1 jalapeño, seeded, deveined and finely minced
3 tablespoons cilantro (or parsley), finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.

Store in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours to combine flavors
