Roasted Butternut Squash


1 Butternut squash, peeled and cored
Non-Stick Cooking Spray (Butter flavor or Original)
Seasoning Salt (your choice), to taste
Ground Nutmeg, to taste
Ground Cinnamon, to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Cut peeled butternut squash into ½” cubes.

In large bowl, spray butternut squash with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle with seasoning salt, nutmeg and cinnamon and toss gently.

Place in single layer on baking sheet, roast for 45 – 55 minutes until browned and tender.

*Substitute Delicata Squash for Butternut if desired.
